This large sprayer comes standard with more features than any comparable sprayer on the market. Features like the Independent Axle Suspension, Infinitely Adjustable Axle, FLO-BAK™ ball valves and stainless steel components and hardware make this sprayer ready for years of dependable service.

  • 2400-gallon tank capacity
  • 165-gallon rinse tank for quick and complete cleaning from one tank solution to another.
  • Independent Axle Suspension- Rubber cushioning on each side of the axle independently absorbs any rough terrain and in-turn provide a smooth trailer and boom ride.
  • FLO-BAK™ ball valves automatically return any remaining liquid in the plumbing at the time of shutoff back to the tank rather than out of the boom. This feature saves chemical and money with each shutoff and is environmentally friendly.





 

  • Choose from multiple wheel and tire options as well as a dual wheel package that offers high flotation and helps minimize any compaction concerns.
  • New Unique Track System- offers a narrow 14" wide footprint, compact triangular design for easy turning on end rows. The self-cleaning idler wheels ensures proper wheel alignment in all rough field conditions.
  • Unique three-way, fully adjustable axle allows
    • (1) front-to-back adjustment for proper balancing of the sprayer to match boom size;
    • (2) width adjustment from 60-120 inches to match rows as narrow as 15 inches;
    • (3) height adjustment for proper crop clearance.

  • Centralized Command Center- provides easy access to sprayer functions and is also equipped with a 3" quick-fill for fast filling. Pivoting pressure gauge allows operator to easily view it from the tractor cab or command center.
  • Unique Sump Containment Tank- provides a "sump within a sump" that ensures the last 30-50 gallons of liquid is contained in the sump to keep the pump primed.
  • Dual rinse nozzles provide quick cleanout from one solution to another.
  • Pivoting pressure guage, rotates to be viewed from both the tractor cab and from the command center.
  • Standard electric, dual agitation nozzles, provide a 5:1 mixing ratio for constant chemical suspension.
  • Astro II GPS Receiver- utilizes GPS sensors as a direct replacement for magnetic wheel sensors. The Astro is easily installed and is not affected by crop canopy or tough field conditions.
  • Red or green powder coated trailer provides corrosion resistance and a long lasting high-quality finish.

 

 

 

TA2400 Front-Fold Booms

  • Available with an 80', 88', 90', 110', 120', or 132' front-fold boom.
  • The 110', 120' and 132' booms offer a 3-dimensional structure for strength and durability. Spray at dual widths from; 132'-90' 120'-90' and 110'-90' by simply folding the outer wings.
  • Meet the most demanding spray requirements with adjustable boom height from 19"-76".
  • All front-fold booms offer a compact fold for a narrow transport width of only 12'.
  • The wet-boom with stainless steel plumbing is mounted behind the boom frame for extended life and superior nozzle protection. Stainless-steel hardware for long lasting boom components and less maintenance.
  • All front-fold booms feature yaw dampening and hydraulic accumulators for consistent and smooth boom performance.
  • Ball valves are mounted on the boom for the quickest response and accurate coverage. The center section also features both dual springs and shock absorbers for ideal cushioning and to ensure the boom stays perpendicular with the trailer.
  • Front-fold boom wings can tilt from 15-degrees above to 5-degrees below horizontal for consistent, uniform spray application on uneven terrain or terraces. For stability the booms also feature wing locks that mechanically lock the first and second wing sections to operate as a continuous wing.
  • Patented Top Air Breakaway- helps protect the outer boom wings by allowing the wings to swing back clearing any objects in which inadvertent contact is made.
